Pressure Cleaning prices in Central Coast
This site doesn't set or quote prices; the independent provider does, after seeing the job. As a guide to the local market, in September 2026 three of the six businesses on Google's first page for Central Coast pressure cleaning published prices. Two of them list identical starting figures, from $200 for a driveway up to $1,000 for a roof, and the third sets a minimum charge of $440.

Size is the obvious one. Beyond it, the surface decides the method and the time: a driveway takes a quick high-pressure pass, while painted weatherboard, metal roofing and solar panels are slower and gentler. Height adds setting-up, because roof and gutter work has to be done safely at the edge. Keeping the wash water out of the drain or the pool takes time as well, and it belongs in the price rather than being dropped to make the price lower.
Before you agree to a price
In New South Wales, a tradesperson must give you a written contract when the price is over $5,000 including GST, or when there is no set price and the work is reasonably worth more than that, and the most you can be asked for as a deposit is 10 per cent. Most exterior cleaning costs far less, but a job that bundles a roof clean with sealing or painting can pass that line.

The figures above are other businesses' published starting prices, not ours and not the provider's. The businesses that publish them say the final figure depends on size, condition and access, and the two identical tables count as one position in the market, not two.
