How much does pressure cleaning cost in Central Coast?
We don't set prices here. On Google's first page in September 2026, two local businesses carried the same list of starting prices, $200 for a driveway rising to $1,000 for a roof, and another set $440 as its minimum; your provider will quote its own figure.
Why can two quotes for the same job be so far apart?
Usually it comes down to what each quote allows for. Working safely at a roof edge and catching the wash water both take time, so a quote that includes them sits above one that assumes a quick rinse into the gutter.

Where does my enquiry go once I send it?

Is it safe to pressure clean an old fibro house?
Not if the sheeting contains asbestos. High-pressure water on asbestos products is prohibited in New South Wales, and fibro on homes built between 1940 and 1990 may contain it. The provider has to establish what the material is before quoting.
Permits and approvals
What rules apply to the wash water?
Letting polluting matter into a stormwater drain can be an offence under section 120 of the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 (NSW), and a penalty notice for it starts at $15,000 for an individual. Central Coast Council and the EPA investigate water pollution, which is why a provider should catch or divert the runoff instead of rinsing it into the gutter.

Anywhere in Central Coast Council's area. Fifteen suburbs have their own page, from Umina Beach and Woy Woy in the south to Blue Haven and Lake Munmorah in the north, and Gosford and the suburbs between them are covered without one.
Do you do the cleaning yourselves?
No. This site is run by a marketing company. It refers enquiries to an independent local provider, who quotes and does the work; we hold no trade qualification, insurance or equipment for it.
