Pressure Cleaning in Wamberal
Along Wamberal's beachfront the houses mostly date from the late 1950s to the mid-1960s, which matters for cleaning: fibro from that era may contain asbestos and must never be pressure cleaned. Salt and sand also land hardest on the homes nearest the surf.

Pressure Cleaning around Wamberal
Council's coastal erosion page records that foreshore development had spread along much of the beach between Terrigal and Wamberal lagoons by the late 1950s to mid-1960s, and that Wamberal Beach has some of the worst coastal erosion impacts of any beach in New South Wales. Houses from that period sit squarely inside the 1940 to 1990 window when asbestos was common in Australian homes.
None of that means a particular house here contains asbestos, and this site can't tell you whether yours does. It means the provider should establish what the cladding and roofing are before offering a pressure clean, and that metal fittings and gutters closest to the surf are better rinsed often with a hose than blasted.
Permits and Central Coast Council rules
Part of Wamberal fringes the northern and eastern banks of Terrigal Lagoon's north arm and its entrance channel, and Wamberal Lagoon Nature Reserve lies to the north. Coastal lagoons flush poorly, and urban stormwater is among the stressors Council's lagoon management work identifies. On a Wamberal street that drains towards the lagoon, placing polluting matter where it will wash into the drain can be an offence under section 120 of the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 (NSW).
